Program Requirements

To be eligible for the program, you must have the following:

  • Degree from an accredited BSN or ADN nursing school
  • Tennessee or compact state RN license
  • Less than one year of experience

  • Strengthen commitment to nursing as a professional choice
  • Transition from entry-level novice or advanced beginner to a competent nurse in the acute-care setting
